Taylor Glenn is one of two Bonterra Communities located in the city of Indian Trail. It started out with a couple of builders, but after the initial phase, it was taken over completely by Bonterra. It’s hard to miss Taylor Glenn for its equestrian style white picket fence which borders the entire community.
The Taylor Glenn Community has nearly 400 homes which includes a small section of townhomes. The single family homes are mostly 2 story with a few ranches, and range from 1500 to nearly 4000 square feet with three to five bedroom floor plans. The townhomes range from 2 – 4 bedrooms and all are equipped with garages.
One of the best things about Taylor Glenn is its family friendly environment. There are lighted streets and sidewalks on both sides of the road. The amenities also include two playgrounds, lighted tennis courts, a soccer field, a kiddie pool, and an Olympic size pool with a lifeguard.
As part of Union County’s flourishing growth, the Taylor Glenn Neighborhood is close to shopping, about 6 miles from Levine CPCC Campus, and a little over 20 miles from Uptown.
